📋 Description

• Support requirements development, analysis, and management for enterprise IT systems • Manage testing and support validation activities • Refine business requirements and write technical user stories • Develop functional mock-ups, test plans, and test cases • Coordinate user acceptance testing • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and PACER program planning meetings • Work with customers to align expectations and maintain strict scope control • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to resolve impediments and clarify requirements • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve end-to-end processes, product quality, requirements alignment, and customer satisfaction • Identify and manage risks and communicate mitigation plans • Address issues promptly and follow through until resolution • Collaborate with Architects, Testers, Product Owners, and stakeholders on deliverable alignment • Capture and analyze stakeholder input regarding standardization and variations among court types and local rules • Validate completed work items against acceptance criteria • Support Testers in designing test cases and test steps • Maintain accessible hierarchical process flows that allow end users to drill down through process maps • Support the PACER Development team developing, operating, and supporting secure public-access court-record systems for the Administrative Office of the United States Courts

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related experience • 5+ years of experience supporting the Product Owner and Agile team, eliciting business needs, maintaining user stories, writing and maintaining technical documentation, and modeling business processes and system requirements, architecture, and data • Experience supporting multiple teams and ensuring overall objectives are met • Experience analyzing, decomposing, and documenting detailed requirements • Experience developing technical user stories with clearly documented acceptance criteria • Experience assisting the Product Owner or Team Lead in defining product scope, vision, and roadmap • Experience providing system analysis and subject matter expertise • Experience conducting business process and workflow analysis • Experience performing gap analyses, workflow analysis, business process modeling, wireframes, and storyboards • Experience with business process re-engineering • Experience delivering technical briefings and hosting meetings for diverse audiences • Strong technical background and experience working with Solutions Architects and senior development team members • Experience supporting implementation of a resilient, zero-downtime web application • Strong understanding of current UI frameworks and libraries • Experience assisting with testing by writing acceptance criteria and confirming test case results • Experience producing current requirements, sizing user stories correctly, and removing roadblocks before sprints start • BS/BA degree or MA/MS degree with 4+ years of experience • Demonstrated leadership capability • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Consultant mindset and ability to work with high-level customer stakeholders • Experience identifying and applying industry tools, solutions, best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team • Skills: Business Process Flows, Developing Test Plans, Process Analysis, Requirements Analysis • No security clearance required; no U.S. citizenship required
