📋 Description

• Perform data analysis, interpretation, and reporting • Develop rules and methodologies for data collection and analysis • Research vulnerabilities and high-risk areas within the Medicaid program • Integrate policy understanding with in-depth claims analysis • Present analytic findings through written, verbal, and visualization techniques • Communicate complex studies and recommended actions to diverse audiences • Use critical thinking and exploratory research to understand program rules • Work with large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns and trends • Collaborate with leadership and team members to identify solutions to complex challenges • Support the CMS mission to detect and prevent fraud, waste, or abuse across the Medicaid program through advanced analytics and data visualization solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5+ years of T-MSIS experience conducting advanced analysis of Medicaid data • Experience using SQL, Python, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar analytic, reporting, and dashboard/visualization tools • Experience building advanced analytic solutions to meet business challenges through understanding of Medicaid policy • Experience building analytics and visualization solutions to detect and prevent fraud, waste, or abuse • NACI (T1) public trust/other requirement • Travel required less than 10%
