📋 Description

• Process high-complexity applications, certifications, transfers, appeals, and documentation requiring detailed analysis and interpretation • Serve as a lead processor for escalated cases and provide guidance to Levels 1–3 processors • Support supervisors with workflow coordination, assignment management, and quality monitoring • Review junior staff work for accuracy and compliance and provide performance feedback • Train staff on program policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements • Identify trends, document issues, and support performance data collection for operational reporting • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on sensitive or complex processing matters • Support system improvements, workflow optimization, and audit or compliance review readiness • Contribute to process development, system enhancements, and operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3–5 years of experience in processing, administrative support, operations, or a high-volume service environment • Strong knowledge of member processing workflows, documentation review, eligibility requirements, and regulatory considerations • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills • Ability to support limited oversight responsibilities and assist supervisors as needed • Background supporting federal health programs or healthcare operations (preferred) • Experience with intelligent document processing tools, member service portals, or platforms such as ServiceNow or CXone (preferred) • US citizenship is not required • Less than 10% travel required
