📋 Description

• Process assigned disability transaction work items, including BLIS and Outsort queues • Research customer applications and available records to locate and confirm existing disability claim matches • Review document images and capture accurate index data in customer systems • Follow documented procedures, quality expectations, clean-desk requirements, and production priorities • Manage a 40-hour weekly workload in a remote, PC-based production environment • Apply coaching and training feedback to build proficiency, accuracy, and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Must be comfortable adhering to a strict clean-desk policy • Must be able to submit to and pass the required background screening and drug screening • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Basic PC and internet skills, including the ability to navigate computer applications and complete routine online tasks • Must be able to maintain a suitable work-from-home office environment and work 40 hours per week • Must be receptive to coaching and training • Must pass an internet speed test: download ≥25, upload ≥5, ping ≤175 ms • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality under applicable wage regulations • Data entry experience is a plus • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is a plus
