📋 Description
• Perform centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production • Communicate information and instructions to branch offices • Perform support functions assisting departmental processes • Follow defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems • Address internal and/or external clients and team members • Perform other duties as assigned by management
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience • Experience working in the Michigan market preferred • Basic communication skills • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures • Ability to solve straightforward problems using existing procedures • Ability to support title production and related administrative processes
