📋 Description

• Build producer profiles in the PMACS system, adding applicable license and appointment details so producers can sell Lincoln business • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume, production-driven environment while adhering to state and compliance guidelines • Assist internal and external customers using critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Research issues and concerns and suggest process improvements • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and navigate complex situations • Deliver a high-quality customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience • 2–3 years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience aligned with the position responsibilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maneuver through multiple systems, databases, platforms and software • Ability to adapt and remain flexible as business needs change • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations and/or PMACS experience preferred • Ability to evaluate information and implications of a course of action or solution preferred • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail preferred
