📋 Description

• Search and review property chains via computerized systems to compile information for date down searches • Upload compiled results to TM • Provide clients with copies of documents and other data information • Verify documents for accuracy • Retrieve and examine PI and GI chains and documents for accuracy • Check borrowers, junior beneficiaries, or persons with any interest in the property for bankruptcies • Communicate with clients via phone and email • Analyze property chains and general indices to eliminate unnecessary information • Communicate with trustees, clients, Examiners, Title Officers, or Chief Title Officers when discrepancies arise • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in the title insurance industry • High school diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of foreclosure documents and their effect on title • Knowledge of the foreclosure process • Operational knowledge of software systems used to run property (PI) and name (GI) chains • Knowledge of title plant software search engines including DataTrace 2, Data Tree, TitlePoint, and Timms • Good customer service and written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Good computer skills • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to multitask and meet tight client deadlines
