📋 Description

• Process applications for submission to underwriting • Verify data integrity in the loan origination software • Gather and submit files to underwriting • Clear loan conditions with applicants for final approval and submission to closing • Work with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMC’s, and title companies • Scan and upload file documentation into the loan origination system • Communicate with applicants and loan officers regarding loan conditions • Analyze credit, income, tax returns, and asset documents • Perform other mortgage- or company-related tasks assigned by management • Ensure confidentiality of client files • Meet multiple and competing deadlines while demonstrating professional behavior • Work independently and as part of a team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in reverse mortgage processing required • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Ability to meet deadlines • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations • Above average oral and written communication skills • Above average customer service and analytical skills • Intermediate working knowledge of PC applications, including Word, Excel, and MS Outlook • Ability to work well under pressure • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must ensure confidentiality of client files
