📋 Description

• Build producer hierarchies in the IMPACT system to ensure proper reporting and payment • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain complex information • Assist internal and external customers using critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Research issues and concerns and suggest process improvements • Support the final stage of onboarding for producers and agencies contracting with Lincoln • Maintain accurate reporting and producer compensation in a high-volume, production-driven environment

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience • 2–3 years of Client Customer Support and Operations experience aligned with the position responsibilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maneuver through multiple systems, databases, platforms, and software • Ability to adapt and remain flexible as business needs change • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Knowledge of Producer Solutions Operations and/or IMPACT experience preferred • Ability to evaluate information and implications of a course of action or solution preferred • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail preferred • Must satisfy applicable work authorization requirements; employer participates in E-Verify • Employment may be subject to Lincoln’s Political Contribution Policy and related disclosure requirements
