📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications • Build workflows, integrations, automations, access controls, and Service Catalog solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions • Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other methods • Use AI developer tools such as ServiceNow SDK and Fluent to accelerate JavaScript, ServiceNow scripts, and configuration delivery • Participate in code reviews and facilitate knowledge sharing • Troubleshoot systems and ensure reliability through robust design, testing, and issue response • Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, APIs, and processes • Monitor ServiceNow trends and recommend and implement system improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with a strong emphasis on JavaScript • Proven experience as a developer outside the ServiceNow platform • Advanced ServiceNow development experience, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and UI Pages • Experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Reporting, Database Views, and Performance Analytics • Experience with AI Control Tower, NowAssist Skill Kit, Virtual Agent, and AI Search • Advanced testing using Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Experience designing, building, and troubleshooting ServiceNow integrations with external systems • Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, OAuth, and Basic Auth • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Now Assist applications • Experience working on Agile/Scrum project teams • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments with shifting priorities • Ability to obtain a Public Trust; must have lived in the United States at least three of the last five years and pass a public trust background investigation • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience (preferred) • Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification (preferred) • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or related certifications (preferred) • Proficiency in ServiceNow CMDB, Event Management, and/or Service Mapping (preferred) • Familiarity with relational database concepts (preferred) • ITIL Foundation Certification v3 or higher, or willingness to obtain within one year (preferred) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint (preferred)
