📋 Description

• Recommend solutions to automate existing and new functionality using ServiceNow applications and modules • Activate and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs • Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications • Develop custom ServiceNow applications from inception to completion • Research, design, develop, and deliver solutions with customers • Identify best practices for new and existing ServiceNow applications • Troubleshoot and resolve software application, systems integration, and multi-platform issues • Plan system and development deployments • Meet software compliance standards • Evaluate hardware/software interfaces, operational requirements, and overall system characteristics • Document testing and maintenance of system corrections

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • 4 years of software development experience with specific ServiceNow Development Experience • 1+ years of related experience • ServiceNow Platform skills • Software development skills • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with development of ServiceNow workflows, client-side and server-side scripting • Experience with ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management, HR Service Delivery, IT Financial Management, IT Business Management, and Software Asset Management • Web service and database experience is a plus • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred
