📋 Description

• Design and develop data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical tools • Build, develop, and maintain repeatable, accurate, and credible metrics, dashboards, and reports • Lead cross-functional efforts to align stakeholders and standardize definitions • Leverage Tableau and Python to automate, streamline, and integrate processes • Configure dashboards and reports according to Tableau standards and best practices • Assess data sources to optimize reporting quality and accuracy • Standardize client dashboards and reports across the MATS LFO program • Oversee delivery of reports, dashboards, and insights analyzing operational and performance metrics • Improve intake, data validation, data analysis, and reporting processes • Prepare management reporting and presentation materials • Identify trends and variation to improve operational performance • Serve remotely as the data front-end expert for CMS projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • 5+ years of experience working on reporting and data analytics design and development through Tableau • Active Tableau Consultant with Designer Path certification and/or Tableau Data Analyst/Specialist Desktop Certification • Expert knowledge of configuring reports in alignment with Tableau standards, requirements, and best practices • Expert hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau visual dashboards • Expert experience writing SQL queries and troubleshooting data inconsistencies • Expert proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access • Expert information visualization experience turning data into professionally designed dashboards with meaningful insights • Master-level presentation skills • Ability to handle multiple projects with business and technical stakeholders • Willingness and ability to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance after onboarding • Must have lived in the United States at least three out of the last five years • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided • Preferred: Salesforce and/or Salesforce Visual Force experience • Preferred: Excel data preparation for Apex Data Loader • Preferred: Healthcare Service Industry and/or CMS experience • Preferred: Mentoring junior resources, consultants, and clients • Preferred: AWS experience • Preferred: Agile methodologies and frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and/or Kanban
