📋 Description

• Develop clear, concise, and assertive communications for Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership members and the Trusted Third Party • Explain healthcare fraud, waste, and abuse concepts to non-technical audiences • Translate complex analytical methods, data findings, and fraud schemes into plain language using examples, visuals, and structured formatting • Draft guidance documents, explainer materials, FAQs, and reference guides about healthcare fraud trends and prevention • Collaborate with analysts, subject matter experts, and project teams to understand analytic projects, methodologies, and outcomes • Co-develop analytic reports, executive summaries, and key findings documents • Create high-level summaries and talking points for leadership, partners, and non-technical stakeholders • Support HFPP communications products including briefings, slide decks, newsletters, web content, and stakeholder updates • Ensure consistency of messaging, terminology, and tone across written materials • Draft content highlighting program impact, success stories, and emerging healthcare fraud schemes • Work with data analysts, investigators, policy experts, and program staff to gather information and validate content • Incorporate reviewer and stakeholder feedback • Participate in planning meetings to understand upcoming analytic work and communication needs • Apply plain language principles and technical communication best practices • Ensure content is organized, grammatically correct, and compliant with style and branding guidelines • Maintain accuracy regarding fraud schemes, data findings, and program activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree • 5+ years of technical writing experience • Working knowledge of HIPAA privacy and security rules • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Experience with Tableau, Amazon WorkSpaces, Jira, and Confluence • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to present to management level staff • No clearance required • US citizenship is not required • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance • Commitment to confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure • Less than 10% travel required
