📋 Description

• Develop, edit, and maintain technical documents supporting full enterprise IT management • Write and edit documentation for project hardware and software, including installation, configuration, how-to, and transition documentation • Prepare, review, revise, and maintain software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation • Advise on crafting and refining ideas, cultivating sources, and developing complex articles • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complex content • Identify and modify contextual errors • Reorganize content and edit graphics, tables, and illustrations • Produce implementation guides and end-user guides • Provide data definition and data flow documentation • Format technical publications

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience • Active Secret Clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to work remotely • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred • Willingness to travel approximately 10% • Scheduled availability for 40 hours per week • Must complete identity verification involving biometrics and artificial intelligence • Expected to be on camera during virtual interviews
