📋 Description

• Develop tailored instructor-led training (ILT) and computer-based training (CBT) materials • Analyze OEM content with subject matter experts • Create learning objectives and structured design documents for NET programs • Develop the NET training plan • Supervise development of course training materials • Develop and assess formal or informal initial operator training • Provide ongoing training and support to individual users as needed • Coordinate with the ATEC SO to provide an appropriate on-site training location • Supply materials necessary to execute NET

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA Degree • 5 to 10 years of related experience • Active Secret Clearance • Secret clearance must currently be possessed and must be able to be obtained • U.S. citizenship required • Skills in design, design documents, onsite training, teaching methods and training needs assessment • Willingness to travel 10–25% • Ability to work 40 scheduled hours per week
