📋 Description

• responsible for end-to-end activities at customer sites, including site mobilization, civil construction, equipment erection, and final commissioning • Technical site execution role responsible for supporting the Site Manager in the execution of hands-on substation erection, electrical installation, testing, commissioning support, and related site activities during the ITO and/or OTR phase • Ensures schedule, quality, and cost are in compliance with contractual obligations, company policy and local regulations • Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline • Serves as best practice/quality resource • Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market • Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering • Takes new perspective on existing solutions • Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience • May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to travel extensively within the United States • significant experience in electrical construction, substation erection, site execution, commissioning activities, and/or site leadership for roles outside of the USA • Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) • Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in USA • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and substation construction practices • Familiarity with applicable electrical safety standards and field execution requirements
