• Lead global business management activities for Travel, Fleet, and Meetings & Events, ensuring alignment to GE Vernova’s operational strategy, sourcing priorities, and GE Vernova way principles. • Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions to drive process improvements. • Manage organizational 'Bowlers' and lead rigorous Monthly Operating Rhythms (MORs) to ensure KPI accountability. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing concise insights, trend analysis, and recommendations that support strong operational outcomes across GE Vernova’s businesses. • Drive the digital roadmap for Sourcing by transitioning manual reporting into automated, self-service analytics solutions that enable real-time decision-making. • Develop high-quality, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for reviews with the Global Leadership Team, Enterprise leaders, and other C-suite stakeholders. • Support governance cycles, including QBRs, MBRs, CFO reviews, and productivity tracking. • Lead or support global cross-functional projects that enhance GE Vernova’s mobility and meetings programs, including digital enablement, policy harmonization, supplier performance, and process improvement initiatives. • Coordinate efforts across regions, business units, and functional partners to ensure consistent execution and measurable performance. • Drive disciplined project management, including charters, risk assessments, milestones, and stakeholder communication. • Partner closely with leaders across GE Vernova—including Finance, EHS, HR, Operations, Treasury, and IT—to ensure business needs are met across all categories. • Champion Supplier Diversity initiatives and ESG reporting, ensuring global programs align with GE Vernova’s sustainability goals and customer requirements. • Represent the Travel, Fleet & Meetings function in global forums, leadership reviews, and supplier engagements.
• 8-10 years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Business Management, or Program Management, preferably within a global industrial, energy, or engineering organization. • 8-10 years experience with indirect commodity management (travel, fleet, mobility, or meetings categories) in a global setting. • Direct experience managing complex global change management initiatives. • Proven ability to build automated data pipelines and predictive models using Power Query, Power BI, or similar tools. • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with proven success in creating senior leadership–level presentations. • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive a lean roadmap and deliver results across multiple initiatives to meet agreed deadlines. • Exceptional communication, written and verbal, with ability to influence at all levels. • Comfortable working in a global environment with cross-functional stakeholders. • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead 'turnaround' strategies in complex, inflationary, or changing market conditions. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred. • Experience in a structured Leadership Development Program (e.g., OMLP, CAS, or equivalent) is highly desirable. • Operates with a founder’s mindset: bold, curious, and comfortable challenging convention. • Strong analytical and critical thinker with the ability to simplify complexity. • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and effective in influencing without authority. • High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. • Driven by GE Vernova’s mission to accelerate the energy transition and build a more sustainable future.
