• Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects • Serves as primary point of contact for high-profile clients • Oversees change management efforts within projects • Contributes to efforts to grow accounts by identifying new service opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to manage project budgets and maximize profitability metrics • Expertise in defining client requirements and managing relationships • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies • Experience in managing performance of 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors
