📋 Description

• Master technical knowledge of repair commodities • Work collaboratively with engineering teams • Develop work instructions and standard repair routers • Support PMO in defining tooling needs and managing procurement • Be the technical owner of production component repair • Identify opportunities for productivity improvement • Train and mentor new repair engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent experience • At least 15 years of experience in aero engines overhaul business • Knowledge/experience on GE Aerospace engines (LM2500, LM6000, LM9000, CF6-6, CF6-80, GE90-115B) • Strong collaboration skills • Ability to work in a dynamic environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Solution-oriented problem solver • Fluency in English (Italian a plus) • Full availability to travel worldwide with short notice
