• Co-develop and implement readiness and capacity processes with airfoils castings suppliers • Lead process implementation with specific airfoils casting suppliers • Establish cadence and proactive problem solving • Assess current state and develop plans to meet global commodity requirements over a rolling 3-year window • Develop joint operating rhythms and technical and executive escalation pathways with priority suppliers • Lead detailed capability and capacity assessments across the holistic supplier value stream • Align capacity investments, secondary processing partnerships, dual-sourcing, and risk-sharing mechanisms • Travel up to 20% • Partner with Design Engineering, Casting Technologists, and Quality on tooling qualification and producibility • Translate demand signals into firm capacity plans with S&OP and Program teams • Own alignment and capacity readiness to long-range forecasts • Improve readiness processes and forecasts within the Turbine Airfoils Castings Commodity • Build action plans and apply structured problem solving to alleviate constraints • Communicate supplier constraints within S&OP rhythms • Own 12–36+ month capacity modeling for suppliers and part families • Maintain risk mitigation action plans • Manage NPI rate readiness, including staffing • Build and mentor a high-performing supplier readiness team • Define and refine competencies, training, and succession plans • Refine standard work, visual management, and tiered operating cadence • Promote continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making • Improve SQDC performance, focusing on OTD, FPY, lead time, past dues, and cost adherence • Provide executive-readiness statuses on action plans and risk mitigations aligned to ramp milestones
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management • Access to U.S. export-controlled information requires status as a U.S. Person: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or individual granted asylee or refugee status • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing • Continuous improvement experience utilizing FLIGHT DECK principles • Strong communication, decision-making, collaboration, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities
