📋 Description

• Execute technical projects wing-to-wing to deliver high-quality outcomes to internal and external customers • Gather and document requirements • Build functional and technical specifications • Oversee build, test, and deploy milestones • Support implementation of a third-party SaaS Contract Lifecycle Management solution for Defense & Systems • Maintain and enhance the current Salesforce application • Help execute the contract-management roadmap and strategy across Federal and commercial/civil spaces • Work with functional owners to determine business value, prioritize needs, and define requirements • Write user stories and partner with Salesforce Administrators to develop new functionality • Transition to operational support, enhancements, and day-to-day support for the future CLM product • Help define execution plans based on scope, timelines, budget, and resources • Manage project risks, scope changes, and non-standard events • Coordinate with external vendors as needed • Verify deliverable quality, track outcomes, and capture lessons learned • Collaborate with business, functional, and technology partners • Resolve project roadblocks and interdependencies • Manage stakeholder communications and progress reporting • Present rationale for issues and decisions • Contribute to system uptime and modernized applications supporting business growth and sustainability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, OR an associate's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience • Familiarity with Salesforce administration or configuration, including writing user stories and partnering with administrators to deliver new functionality • Experience working in an Agile delivery model • Exposure to CLM or contract-management platforms is a plus • Able to make basic technology choices, analyze the impact of those choices, and stay current on relevant technology trends • Experience in a regulated or government-contracting environment (for example FAR, DFARS, CMMC, or ITAR) is a nice-to-have, not a requirement • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, team-building, and problem-solving skills • Time-zone flexibility for working with global teams • Must prove U.S. Person status as a U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable; employees may also be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
