📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage FLIGHT DECK learning programs throughout their lifecycle, including planning, logistics, production, delivery, and post-session sustainment • Develop, maintain, and improve standard work, templates, and operating cadences • Manage session logistics and readiness for virtual and in-person delivery, including scheduling, invites/rosters, platforms/rooms, materials, facilitators, and vendor coordination • Partner with Program Managers and Learning Designers to prepare facilitator kits, evaluations, and enablement materials • Set up offerings in LMS/LXP and manage enrollments and completions • Track program data including attendance, satisfaction, adoption, and proficiency indicators • Produce reporting and insights to inform continuous improvement • Support communications, change management, and stakeholder updates • Coordinate meetings and large-scale events • Manage vendor relationships and purchasing workflows • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline execution and enhance user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of professional experience in corporate learning and development or a similar field • Must be within 40 miles of a major US airport • Ability to travel up to 50% • Experience in a Center of Excellence or matrixed organization, navigating complex structures and processes • Excellent communication skills; able to convey information clearly and collaborate across teams • Experience coordinating large-scale programs or events with measurable outcomes • Familiarity with sourcing and purchase order processing (e.g., SSS) • Basic LMS/LXP administration • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and SharePoint • Must meet U.S. Person status requirements for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • May be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing
