📋 Description

• Complete projects in HR areas such as HR generalist, employee relations, recruiting, learning and development, compensation and benefits, or acquisition integration during a 10–12 week internship • Work with challenging, real-world human resources problems • Build leadership and functional skills in human resources • Build relationships with interns/co-ops and leaders through intern community events • Participate in professional development and mentoring options • Contribute to team-building and career-development activities • Prepare for a potential full-time position after graduation in the Human Resources Leadership Program or a direct-hire opportunity

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a master’s degree focusing on business or human resources disciplines (e.g., industrial & labor relations, industrial & organizational psychology, organizational behavior, finance, law) • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required • Must meet U.S. Person status requirements for access to U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or granted asylee or refugee status • Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen • No more than 3 years of work experience is ideally desired
