📋 Description

• Manage the business cycle, including budgets, forecasts at each organizational level, and Long Range Forecast/Strategy • Define KPIs to measure organizational performance • Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation • Develop corrective action plans as needed • Provide financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Large Combat Engine and Services • Deliver financial and operational commitments to shareholders • Develop working knowledge of competition and market industry to differentiate GE Aviation Military Large Combat Engines and Services • Develop specialized expertise for Large Combat Engine & Services • Serve as a best-practice and go-to Finance Leader • Contribute to strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within the area of responsibility • Communicate complex messages, build consensus, and influence stakeholders • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations • Make decisions and solve moderately complex problems impacting the function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Military Aviation and/or Department of Defense experience • Prior experience in Aviation industry or other industry with Long Term Contractual Services • Prior experience working with US Government and Department of Defense • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Ability to meet random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing requirements, if subject • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance (desired) • Certified Public Accountant (desired)
