📋 Description

• Report to the Director - Finance • Execute the monthly actualization process, including P&L variance analyses, insights, and issue resolution • Support monthly forecasting and explain financial performance on a rolling 18-month basis • Support annual budget and strategic plan development • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities • Deliver actionable recommendations to business leaders • Collaborate with R&D, operations, and logistics teams to integrate financial insights into strategic decisions • Evaluate, model, and financialize savings initiatives around labor efficiencies, strategic sourcing, and equipment effectiveness • Quantify potential savings and ROI for productivity initiatives • Identify key issues and weaknesses and provide improvement solutions • Manage implementation of system enhancements • Manage cross-functional integration with the company business planning calendar • Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, set targets, develop plans, conduct analyses, and measure results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related field • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel • Strong attention to detail • Ability to use and maintain complex financial models • Knowledge of financial and management accounting principles • Experience supporting a CPG or manufacturing business preferred • Experience partnering cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams preferred • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning tools preferred • MBA or CPA a plus
