📋 Description

• Own product strategy and roadmap • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned to business outcomes and customer needs • Maintain, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog, MVPs, and quarterly release plans • Balance new features, technical debt, and defect resolution to maximize value delivery • Lead AI-driven rapid prototyping • Collaborate with software engineering to harden prototypes into scalable, secure, production-ready solutions • Conduct VOC sessions, interviews, and persona development to validate problems and refine requirements • Translate ambiguous or unstructured requests into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • Provide technical and delivery leadership • Coach and elevate the organization • Mentor junior TPMs and team members; provide technical product leadership across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product strategy and roadmap development. • Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles • Experience applying lean/continuous improvement principles • Experience “vibe coding” with AI and integrating AI into product workflows • Demonstrated knowledge of topics such as APIs, caching, data transfer, scalability, and security • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
