📋 Description
• Own maintenance of Standard work library and maintain it up to date with the latest version of documentation • Establish rhythm and standards for periodic reviews and updates • Owns Change management standard work that incorporates interdependence between DJIs across the Capture process • Create an intake process for change requests as well as an approval process for changes with stakeholder buyoff • Run monthly T&L reporting and forecast in collaboration with accountable leaders in the org
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development operations, Continuous improvement, operational excellence or related field • Ability to travel 10% of time • Strong analytics capability, including comfort working with KPIs, forecasts, and operational data using Microsoft tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
