📋 Description

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and actuals reporting cycles for critical supporting functions within the AIS segment • Partner with AIS functional leaders to provide visibility into costs, headcount, and investment programs • Define function budgets and determine investment and cost-management needs to meet segment financial goals • Translate P&L results into actionable insights for functional leaders • Forecast future expenditures based on investment timing and other actions • Develop processes to track and measure critical investments against business cases • Partner to ensure investment benefits are realized for the AIS segment • Lead programs/projects and document, plan, market, and execute programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) from an accredited university or college • 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting • Ability to work cross functionally in a diverse team environment • GE HealthCare's Financial Management Program (FMP), Operational Finance Development Program (OFLP), or other financial leadership program graduation (desired) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others and drive change • Adaptability and flexibility in ambiguous situations • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead programs/projects and established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
