📋 Description

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge and competence within the CT modality • Correlate theoretical knowledge with clinical and product information to help clinicians obtain optimal performance from GE HealthCare equipment • Develop and administer clinical training for end-user personnel aligned with sales order agreements • Deliver outcome-based clinical education and training to achieve excellent customer experiences and high Net Promoter Scores • Coordinate customer training with sales, project management, and service organization teams • Execute on-site or remote clinical education delivery to drive revenue realization • Complete pre-training through post-training documentation comprehensively, consistently, and promptly • Provide ongoing post-installation training and support throughout the product lifecycle • Maintain customer relationships through proactive interactions • Communicate product and customer concerns or opportunities to management, field sales, marketing, customer loyalty leads, and technical support • Support improvements to product quality and overall product offerings

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 3 years technical/clinical industry experience • ARRT (CT) Modality certification • Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment • Willingness to travel extensively 90+% (4–5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada via car, air travel, train, and other transportation as necessary • Proficient use of Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Will be required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by customer hospitals, including proof of MMR and hepatitis immunization and drug testing/screening • Must reside in the Northeast US, ideally Pennsylvania or New Jersey • 5+ years clinical experience desired • 3+ years experience with GE CT modality desired • Legally authorized to work in the United States • No employment visa sponsorship available now or in the future
