• Develop product, clinical, workflow, and software knowledge for Nuclear Medicine and PET customers using GE HealthCare’s Neurology and Oncology radiopharmaceutical portfolio • Coordinate and deliver on-site and virtual customer training, including pre-training coordination, patient go-live support, and post-go-live training • Participate in the company scheduling process for customer training events • Build customer relationships with physicians, nurses, technologists, scheduling staff, and business office staff • Serve as the interface between customers and GE • Support Field Sales pre-sale activities, including image reviews, DaTQUANT demonstrations, and technical product support • Present GEHC RadioPharma products at conferences, speaking events, and customer events • Present continuing education credits to technologists and Reader Training to Imagers • Communicate customer concerns, opportunities, and competitive intelligence to internal teams • Participate in clinical and business process workstreams as requested • Communicate customer questions to Medical Science • Collaborate with CMO partners to support customers and market growth • Promote a compliant, ethical culture and adhere to high ethical standards • Support additional projects and initiatives as required
• CNMT or equivalent specific Nuclear Medicine modality certification • 4+ years of clinical imaging experience, including at least 3 years with Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities • Experience using DaTscan, Vizamyl and/or Cerianna preferred • Comfortable working in a clinical/patient environment • Willingness and ability to travel extensively 85+% (4–5 days per week, including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada for onsite customer education and training • Residence no more than 1 hour from a major airport • Proficient with Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, and other computer and web-based tools • Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Familiarity with MIM, Hermes, and Syngo preferred • Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services • Must provide proof of MMR and hepatitis immunization and complete drug testing/screening as required by customer hospitals • Must live within the Northeast US and be commutable to a major US airport within 1 hour • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Successful completion of a drug screen as applicable • Ability to support strategy and innovation • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Self-confident, service-oriented, conscientious, assertive, persistent, motivated, flexible, and collaborative
