📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and support a global team of Neuro MR scientists and clinical experts in developing impactful Neuro MRI applications across field strengths and platforms (1.5T, 3.0T, 7.0T). • Define, communicate, and execute GE HealthCare’s strategic roadmap for Neuro MR applications. • Coordinate and prioritize team activities, fostering an environment that values diverse perspectives, continuous learning, and cross-cultural collaboration. • Build and strengthen a global Neuro MR community—including customers, academic collaborators, post‑processing partners, and scientific societies. • Identify and drive external research partnerships and grant opportunities (e.g., NIH, IHI) aligned with strategic goals. • Support clinical neuro and neuroscience customers and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives for the GE HealthCare installed base. • Advocate internally for Neuro MR priorities and advise product teams on enhancements to hardware and software platforms for current and future systems. • Stay informed of advances in neuroimaging, neuroscience, psychiatry, neurosurgical planning, and emerging clinical needs to shape GE HealthCare’s strategic direction. • Strengthen long‑term team capabilities through recruitment, development, mentorship, and training. • Collaborate with GE HealthCare marketing teams to develop Neuro MR collateral and educational materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years experience in MR imaging research or a closely related healthcare field. • Minimum of 4 years experience in industrial R&D, product development, or equivalent. • Strong oral and written communication skills in English. • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time. • Established network within the MRI research or clinical community. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global and cross‑functional teams.
