📋 Description

• Support customer sites throughout the Pacific Region as needed • Deliver service and repair support for GE OEC Surgical C-Arm equipment • Troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair designated equipment • Complete preventative maintenance and Field Modification Instructions • Order and manage repair-parts cycle times • Maintain customer service logs and internal service records • Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up • Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment • Meet Health and Human Services, environmental health and safety, and other regulatory requirements • Manage vendors’ service-delivery processes according to GE Healthcare policies • Escalate customer-service issues and conduct root-cause analysis • Participate in sales opportunities, including contract renewals and revenue programs • Provide efficient service delivery to accounts within the assigned area • Train clinical staff on designated equipment when required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, equivalent military education, or an Associate’s Degree with 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience combined with successful completion of the GEHC Field Service Engineer Apprentice Program • Alternatively, High School Diploma/GED and 12 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment • Experience interfacing with internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns • Six Sigma training/certification desired • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Some customer vaccination mandates may apply
