📋 Description

• Own the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare invasive products • Review sales orders • Plan and document projects • Coordinate resources and resolve issues • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout project installation • Act as the primary liaison between GE and customer project teams, with onsite support from Service & Sales • Identify GE and customer responsibilities and deliverables defined in the sales contract • Create, maintain, and route formal project implementation timelines • Collaborate with customers, GE, and contract resources • Create visible and predictable project data for business metrics and revenue forecasting • Track and communicate implementation progress, including kickoff, status updates, and project closure • Lead the implementation team during clinical equipment GoLive • Participate in process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of project management experience, or an associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience, or a minimum of 7 years of project management experience • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the healthcare field • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving projects within a cross-functional capacity • Ability to manage high-volume, multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities • Ability to meet scheduled project completion dates and customer expectations • Ability to work and communicate with diverse internal and external work partners • Ability to work effectively from a remote home office • Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays when needed • Construction, healthcare IT, or equipment installations experience preferred • Demonstrated remote customer service experience with external customers in a clinical environment preferred • Ability to provide constructive feedback to cross-functional teams preferred • Knowledge or experience in the healthcare industry and with GE HealthCare products preferred • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project preferred • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Some customer vaccination mandates may apply to certain GE HealthCare employees
