📋 Description

• Act as the single point of contact to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns • Provide technical and business support to assigned customers in a designated geographic region or coverage area • Maintain knowledge of assigned regions, coverage areas, product lines, and associated configuration installations • Coordinate with appropriate internal functions to support customers • Hire and develop talent • Manage staffing and performance development • Execute policy and strategy using technical expertise and analytical thinking • Propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and interdependent production cycles • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues • Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements • Explain information and develop team consensus • Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues • Plan and execute departmental operations and professional activities within a technical discipline • Contribute to, maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products and manage maintenance facilities and field service engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced experience in Services & Customer Service Management • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with relevant experience • For U.S.-based roles: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • People leadership experience, including ability to hire and develop talent • Direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development • In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline • Technical experience and analytical thinking • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Some customer vaccination mandates may apply to certain employees
