📋 Description

• Learn specialized industry-specific software and technical configurations to support MIM customers • Provide customer service and technical assistance to hospital IT, PACS Administrators, clinicians, and clinical staff • Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Guide customers in software configuration for optimal data sharing • Perform software updates, upgrades, and system migrations • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support journey • Share technical insights with MIM’s product, quality, and management teams • Collaborate with team members and departments to develop solutions outside the area of expertise • Facilitate technical training sessions for team members and cross-functional teams • Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives • Respond to incoming inquiries and resolve customer technical issues or configuration requests • Deliver personalized consultations

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical experience within a hospital setting preferred • Computer networking, connectivity, and software troubleshooting experience • DICOM and PACS experience a plus • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills • Ability to provide excellent customer service through active listening and anticipating customer needs with an empathetic mindset • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide unique solutions to complex customer issues and system setups • Ability to work with a flexible schedule • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Will not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
