📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, and customer experiences through data analysis and stakeholder feedback • Gather business requirements and translate complex problems into clear and actionable product solutions • Research, develop, and prioritize product enhancements aligned with business objectives • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle • Monitor product performance and use key metrics to measure business outcomes and identify future opportunities • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and initiatives • Support product launches, process improvements, stakeholder communications, and training efforts • Present findings, recommendations, and business cases to leadership and cross-functional partners • Help develop and enhance Commercial Auto insurance products • Drive products from concept to launch using data and customer insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • 3+ years of experience in insurance, product management, business analysis, or a related field • Experience within the auto insurance industry required • Commercial Auto experience preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience translating business needs into product requirements and actionable solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Experience identifying and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred • Experience using data to measure product performance and business impact preferred • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, or similar platforms preferred • At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
