📋 Description

• Own all aspects of virtual event planning, implementation and refinement, including topic selection and development, scheduling, speaker preparation, registration and attendance, content development, audience engagement, reporting, agent feedback, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with product, sales, and communications leadership to identify topics, objectives, and success measures for independent-agent virtual events • Identify, schedule, prepare, and support subject matter experts presenting at virtual events • Develop and test methods to drive registration, attendance, and engagement, including micro-incentives • Partner with the Manager, Agency Collateral to share collateral and tools, distribute on-demand webinars, and update webinar materials • Host and emcee weekly product, process, marketing, and systems webinars, including technical setup, presenter preparation, facilitation, engagement, and post-event reporting • Collaborate with strategists, Account Development, and Agency Collateral to use agent feedback and Q&A to refine product guides, agent-facing collateral, and speaker-preparation materials • Report directly to the Director, Agency Sales Engagement Strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing, communications or sales strategist • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field • Highly organized and able to move multiple complex projects forward independently • Experience and confidence presenting and facilitating webinars and recording visual media • Experience with and proficiency in presentation and virtual meeting media, such as PowerPoint and Zoom • Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal stakeholders from corporate headquarters to regional to individual office locations • Proven track record of successfully developing and translating sales strategy into results • Attention to detail and ability to adapt to ongoing change • At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
