📋 Description

• Plan and manage educational seminars, tradeshows, conferences, networking events, and hospitality events • Plan and manage the events calendar • Research and secure venues, approve menus, and develop seating plans • Communicate with speakers, advisor teams, and event staff • Prepare and ship event materials such as nametags, collateral, and technology • Serve as point person at events and ensure smooth venue operations • Provide onsite event staffing, greet attendees, manage speakers, and wrap up events • Coordinate promotional schedules to drive attendance on time and on budget • Collaborate with key contributors and build strong relationships • Coordinate direct mail, email, radio, and social media marketing tactics • Manage projects using Wrike • Create or update processes, documentation, timelines, and to-do lists • Proof, route, and manage version control of marketing materials • Maintain event budgets and process invoices • Prepare regular reporting and proactive status updates on event results • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of events and programs • Manage event details in Salesforce for results tracking • Coordinate post-event data entry with the Operations team • Capture feedback from the internal sales team • Research, recommend, and implement event activities to improve efficiencies and deliver best-in-class standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education • Minimum of 2 years of event marketing experience • Some project management experience • Proven ability to prioritize workflow and projects • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities • Polished, excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Readiness to adapt to new processes and technologies • Good problem solving skills and willingness to present possible solutions • Innovative thinking and resourcefulness • Ability to be flexible and collaborate as part of a growing, cross-functional team • Operation of registration technology and A/V set-up • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies in daily work tasks • Understanding of effective prompt creation and evaluation of AI-generated content • Ability to integrate AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards • Comfort learning new AI applications and understanding their use cases and limitations • Ability to stand or sit for long periods, file documents in high or low cabinets, and use telephone and computer systems • Ability to travel 25%
