📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end execution for conferences, trade shows, and sponsored events, including logistics, booth and materials, staffing, budgets, and vendor coordination • Coordinate the events contractor and outside vendors so every event ships on time and on budget • Prepare target account lists, briefing documents, and meeting schedules for each event with the Workforce Solutions team • Implement and maintain event lead tagging in HubSpot • Run post-event follow-up sequences and hand off warm conversations to sales • Track attendee engagement and share insights shaping future event investments • Run the paid webinar program from topic and speaker coordination through promotion, production, and follow-up • Support planning and execution for a Stepful-hosted event in 2027 • Build repeatable event playbooks and checklists • Experiment with AI tools to speed up event preparation and follow-up • Partner with Growth leadership on overall event strategy • Report to the Director, Enterprise Marketing • Travel to events, up to 30%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of events or field marketing experience, including at a startup • Track record of managing several events at once from start to finish, including budgets, vendors, and on-site execution • Hands-on experience setting up lead capture and campaign tagging in a CRM or marketing automation tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) • Experience running webinars or virtual events from promotion through follow-up • Comfortable building processes and tools when infrastructure is not in place • Strong project management and communication skills • Habit of flagging risks early to sales and marketing partners • Willingness to travel to events, including during the busy fall season • Event experience for healthcare, health system, or HR and workforce audiences is a bonus • Experience launching a company's flagship event or customer summit is a bonus • Experience in EdTech, workforce development, or healthcare is a bonus
