📋 Description

• Evolve the product vision and roadmap for GEICO’s IAM platform, including authentication, authorization, federation, privileged access, and identity lifecycle • Translate complex business and security requirements into clear product strategies and actionable features • Partner with cybersecurity, engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure IAM capabilities • Prioritize features and enhancements based on risk, impact, and effort using data and stakeholder input • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and threat landscapes • Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to delivery and measurement • Influence and align executive stakeholders on product direction and outcomes • Mentor and coach junior product managers within the IAM domain • Ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and optimize IAM services for usability, risk reduction, and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • At least 3 years focused on identity and access management or security-related domains • Deep knowledge of IAM protocols and technologies, including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, MFA, SCIM, PAM, and RBAC/ABAC • Experience delivering IAM solutions at enterprise scale (B2C and/or B2E) • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align product roadmaps to business goals and security requirements • Proven ability to drive initiatives in complex, regulated environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience • Relevant IAM certifications and/or insurance industry experience is a plus • At this time, GEICO will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position
