📋 Description

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant area of the financial advisor experience • Understand advisor workflows and supporting systems, data, and processes • Identify opportunities for simplification, consolidation, automation, and productivity improvement • Frame complex product opportunities and influence investment decisions • Own and evolve a multi-horizon product roadmap • Partner with engineering and architecture leaders on capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and tradeoffs • Lead product discovery using advisor insights, behavioral and operational data, market research, and technical understanding • Influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners • Lead initiatives spanning product, engineering, operations, business, risk, compliance, and legal • Manage cross-product and cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs • Establish success measures and evaluate advisor outcomes, adoption, productivity, operational efficiency, and product performance • Challenge existing processes, technology patterns, and assumptions • Raise product management standards and strengthen product practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3–5 years of product management or relevant experience • Demonstrated ownership of complex technology products, platforms, or capabilities • Exceptional product judgment and prioritization and investment decision-making ability • Strong technical fluency in system interactions, data flows, integrations, APIs, dependencies, architecture considerations, and technical tradeoffs • Experience establishing product vision and strategy and translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, systems, stakeholders, and dependencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive decisions • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling skills • Experience operating effectively in highly regulated or operationally complex environments • Ability to mentor others and elevate product practices • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no employment visa sponsorship or takeover of sponsorship, including CPT/OPT • For remote work, reliable high-speed wired internet and a suitable home workspace are required
