📋 Description

• Own the agentic core of Access Reviews, including agents that configure, scope, launch, and run reviews via API and MCP • Develop reviews triggered by events rather than calendars • Build autonomous decisioning with clear reasoning and trusted human review where judgment is required • Expand reviews from applications to identities, policies, non-human identities, and AI agents • Own product strategy, quarterly plan, roadmap, trade-offs, and outcomes • Ensure shipped products produce defensible, audit-ready evidence • Work directly with customers, prospects, and field teams and translate learning into product decisions • Report to the Head of Product and collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Product management experience owning a customer-facing product with real business impact • Experience with compliance, audit, governance or risk workflows, or an adjacent high-volume human-decision product • Experience shipping AI into production workflows where trust determined adoption • Experience with explainability, confidence, model errors, and evaluating recommendations for action • Daily use of AI in product craft, including research synthesis, prototyping, writing specs, or data analysis • Track record of changing user behavior and moving a metric through product decisions • Strong product craft and design partnership • Comfortable in front of customers and auditors
