📋 Description

• Help shape and implement Salesforce Core CRM strategy, roadmap, and target-state architecture • Design, configure, build, test, deploy, and document Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and custom development • Partner with agile product teams to assess business use cases, offer solution options, guide technical decisions, and uphold platform standards • Collaborate with developers, analysts, data engineers, and product managers to shape backlogs, plan features, estimate work, and deliver initiatives • Evaluate Salesforce technologies and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and other platform capabilities • Lead pilots and proofs of concept where appropriate • Conduct platform health and security assessments and perform code reviews • Create and maintain data flows, system diagrams, and future-state architectures • Contribute to agile ceremonies, project planning, backlog refinement, risk management, and continuous improvement • Mentor engineers and product-team peers through coaching, design feedback, code reviews, and knowledge sharing • Partner with internal teams and external vendors • Support capability and capacity planning and participate in the support rotation • Continue building technical and communication skills and support additional team needs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working on complex IT projects • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Core Cloud configuration and customization • Experience with Salesforce APIs and custom integrations with Salesforce CRM products and other solutions • Deep technical knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud • Knowledge of designing, developing, and managing Salesforce orgs and integrations • Experience with Gearset or Copado • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams • Ability to learn quickly, research and implement processes or technologies, and organize multiple deliverables with minimal oversight • Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills • Experience with agile methods • Familiarity with Lucidchart or Visio • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Architect, Consultant, or Developer are preferred • Experience with platform observability, MuleSoft integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, or Cyber Security is preferred • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform is preferred • Database experience, including SQL, relational database concepts and models, dimensional modeling, ETL, and structured or unstructured data, is preferred • Familiarity with Own Backup & Archiving, GitHub Actions, Kafka, HashiCorp Vault, or Tableau is preferred • Understanding of the CPG industry, B2B indirect selling, or retail point-of-sale data such as Nielsen is preferred • Experience with modern software engineering principles is preferred • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • General Mills will not sponsor applicants for work visas • Applicants must meet a minimum 18-year age qualification
