📋 Description

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with a focus on cloud services and SaaS agreements • Knowledge of and engagement with data privacy, data security-related issues and artificial intelligence. • Prepare standard templates for recurring commercial transactions and to address new business models or legal and business requirements. • Collaborate with cross functional teams such as business/sales, Data Privacy, Security, Product Counsel, and finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school and have passed a bar exam in any US State or Territory • 2+ years relevant experience preferably gained from an in-house role. • Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication. • Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions with confidence and sound judgment. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with high standards for integrity, execution, and collaboration.
