📋 Description

• Design and deliver integrated, human-centered change experiences, strategies, and tactics for enterprise transformation • Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build organizational capability, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes • Contribute to the design and evolution of the Genesys Way of Change • Develop scalable methodologies, AI-enabled workflows, governance, and tools • Leverage AI, data, and emerging technologies to simplify, standardize, and scale change practices • Lead multiple enterprise change initiatives, managing priorities, plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery • Measure adoption, employee experience, and business outcomes to improve change effectiveness and organizational capability • Coach leaders and managers to lead change • Build trusted partnerships, influence strategic decisions, and mentor fellow practitioners
