📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Genesys customer experience solutions • Drive technical strategy and design across multi-cloud environments integrating voice, digital, and AI-driven channels • Facilitate customer workshops and discovery sessions • Align business objectives with technical solutions and transformation goals • Influence SMEs, product owners, engineering, and other cross-functional teams • Define and oversee implementation standards for DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architecture • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies • Mentor and guide technical consultants • Optimize system performance and reliability through high availability, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • 8+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise software or cloud-based solutions • Experience in customer-facing roles managing complex stakeholder relationships and challenging scenarios • Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes • Solid experience with SIP, voice technologies, and omnichannel customer experience platforms • Ability to design and implement scalable architectures across distributed systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills • Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models • Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences • Preferred: experience with Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, or multi-cloud deployments • Preferred: knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code • Preferred: familiarity with Terraform in Genesys Cloud environments • Preferred: experience with API management, networking, and cloud security • Preferred: programming or scripting in Java, C#, or similar • Preferred: experience designing reusable tools, utilities, or frameworks • Preferred: understanding of enterprise integration patterns and large-scale system deployments
