📋 Description

• Build and run outbound and lifecycle programs across email, LinkedIn, and events • Manage targeting, enrichment, sequencing, and follow-up • Build data pipelines to find and score prospects using research publications, grants, institutions, and companies • Keep the CRM clean • Own the website and signup funnels, including landing pages, forms, analytics, A/B tests, and conversion • Automate workflows across HubSpot, enrichment tools, and GenMD product data • Report weekly on performance and double down on what works

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in growth engineering, marketing ops, technical sales, or a similar startup role • Strong scripting skills in Python or JavaScript • Comfort with APIs, SQL, and spreadsheets • Hands-on experience with a CRM and outbound tools such as HubSpot or Apollo • Knowledge of email deliverability basics • Nice to have: experience marketing to researchers, healthcare organizations, or technical buyers • Nice to have: experience with Framer, Webflow, or similar site builders
