📋 Description

• Oversee credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment tasks • Act as a liaison to providers and vendors to obtain required information for credentialing, license verification, and payer enrollment • Provide credentialing and enrollment expertise for the organization • Develop third-party workers’ knowledge through regular meetings and coaching • Maintain accurate provider databases, including payer enrollment, licensure, and malpractice information • Report delays in credentialing and enrollment processes • Investigate and self-report issues, develop solutions, and identify risk-mitigation processes • Assist in resolving payer enrollment-related claim denials • Monitor processes and outcomes to ensure credentialing, licensure, and enrollment KPIs are met • Provide feedback to Payer Contracting to optimize payer-specific requirements and reduce enrollment timelines • Learn and document regulations and rules for new states • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3-5 years’ experience working in provider enrollment • In-depth knowledge of credentialing, licensure, and payer enrollment requirements • Experience using PECOS, CAQH, Availity and other payer portals • Experience with EDI, ERA & EFT enrollments • Proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer service experience is preferred
