📋 Description

• Responding to customer inquiries • Preparing detailed quotes for dance flooring systems • Developing and managing customer relationships to help drive revenue growth • Focus on inbound sales activities and proactive follow-up • Convert opportunities through consultative support • Act as a subject matter expert on dance flooring systems • Recommend customized product solutions • Process orders efficiently using sales inventory management software • Investigate and resolve customer complaints • Assist in monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics • Maintain clear communication with management • Collaborate with marketing for product enhancements • Participate in trade shows, webinars, and industry events • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience • Three years of proven inside sales or consultative sales experience • Strong customer engagement skills with a consultative sales approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong computer experience • ERP and CRM experience preferred • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product information clearly and persuasively • Strong problem solving, analytical and math skills • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills • Interest or experience in the dance, performing arts, or theater community, a plus
