📋 Description

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and material lists • Manage change orders and review quotes to ensure pricing aligns with scope • Work from incomplete plan sets when systems or details are not fully drawn • Clarify scope and fill gaps without always being able to walk the job • Keep estimates current as material lists and selections change • Serve in a dedicated estimator model focused on one client and embedded with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience required • Experience estimating mid-to-high-end residential new construction and renovations • Familiarity with the New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market; NY-specific experience is very helpful • Comfortable with remote collaboration and incomplete drawings • Resume must be formatted in English • Ability to work U.S. time zones; stated working hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Comfortable being an independent contractor • Responsible for own equipment, taxes, and benefits as an independent contractor
